Dorsal ground color is light brown.

Dorsal pattern consists of dark blotches on either side of a light middorsal stripe.

Brown Anoles can grow to be 5in to 8in long including the tail
Habitat:
Brown Anoles are found in trees, shrubs, vines, and on fences in moist environments.
Range of habitat:
In Texas, the Brown Anole is found in both the Houston and San Antonio areas, and may continue to be found in new regions around the southern portion of the state.
